what is a challenge group?
A challenge group is an online facebook group I create every month. In it are individuals who have made a commitment to bettering themselves. We go through a home fitness workout program and follow an easy nutrition plan to achieve the best results. The best part is the accountability you get from the group, filled with fun tips, recipes, motivation, and others going through the same thing, it’s the best place to be.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Fill out this form and let me know a little about your goals and lifestyle! Knowing more about you and having your email will allow me to reach out to you so that we can choose the best plan for your specific goals.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Taking part in the challenge group is FREE! I run them as a way to help you stay motivated and accountable and also so you don’t feel so alone. Together anything is possible! To be enrolled in a challenge group all you need is to have me as your coach and to purchase your challenge pack through this site or if you’d like, I can send you a registration link if you send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost of each challenge pack varies by program. ($150-$200+)
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
For the most part my challenge groups last a month. Now and then I will run some that are longer! To participate, expect to commit to this healthy change for a month! I’ll be there with you and so will all the other challengers!
DO I NEED TO LIVE NEAR YOU?
Nope! That’s the best part. Because you do your workouts in your home, it gives to the flexibility of picking a time and place that works for YOU. The challenge group is run online via a private group on Facebook! So we are all readily available to you online!
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME ?
I expect you to give it everything you have! You’ve made this commitment, so I expect you to follow through! It’s only a month, it’s not so bad right?
HOW OFTEN DO GROUPS START?
